Pasteurizer/ Mix Operator

Main Responsibilities

• Complete milk and cream pasteurization and related CIP processes.
• Batch products as needed.
• Log ingredients in Factory Track software, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain vitamin levels for HTST milk products.
• Execute allergen control program and ensure QA testing compliance.
• Document information on Pasteurization charts per regulations.
• Maintain equipment sanitation through CIP and manual cleaning.
• Report food safety/quality issues to management.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow 5S and GMP standards.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• A basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• The ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
• An attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• An availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend and evening shifts as needed.
