Pasteurization Technician

Responsibilities

• Milk Processing and Pasteurization
• Receives, thaws, and prepares donor milk for pasteurization following HMBANA standards.
• Assists in pasteurization, bottling, labeling, and shipping of donor milk.
• Ensures accurate documentation and traceability of milk batches.
• Equipment and Inventory Management
• Maintains inventory of donor packets, lab supplies, and processing equipment.
• Performs restocking, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.

Requirements

• High School or GED (Required)
• Strong clinical knowledge of preparing and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Professional maturity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: As Needed
