Responsibilities

• Manage past performance data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights
• Develop and implement strategies to improve past performance metrics
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in volume management or similar role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
