Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to automotive clients, driving retention, growth, and measurable business outcomes through AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of automotive clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention, growth, and long-term success
- Analyze performance data and deliver strategic insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities and execute account growth strategies
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Support to deliver client success
- Manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Travel as needed to support client engagement and business objectives (up to 70%)
Qualifications
- The Performance Manager will have 3-5 years of work experience in Account Management, with a strong focus on AI technologies in the automotive industry.
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in conversational AI and its applications in customer lifecycle management preferred
- Proven experience with AI-driven efficiency and effectiveness solutions in the automotive sector
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple AI-driven projects simultaneously
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, or Business with a focus on technology) is strongly preferred or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in AI-driven performance manager roles
- Certifications or advanced training in AI and machine learning technologies are a plus
- Google Analytics experience preferred
- Up to 70% travel
- Bilingual a plus
