About the role
Join Golden Years In-Home Senior Care as a caring, HCA-certified caregiver with a passion for serving others. The role focuses on creating joyful moments and providing excellent in-home care for senior clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to clients' interests for meaningful engagement
- Personal care, light housework, and meal prep
- Shopping, errands, and companionship
- Incontinence care, dementia care, transfers, and assistance with ADLs
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or valid exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through the employer)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
