In-Home Caregiver

About the role

Join Senior Solutions Home Care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Schedules are built around client care needs, your availability, your location, and your willingness to travel (up to 30 miles). Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout the week. The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you'll have to receive the hours you want.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed
• Offer compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
