PARTY COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY
The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests and assist in designing event plans.
- Work closely with the Park Team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Respond to leads and bookings in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Represent Urban Air positively and enthusiastically.
- Follow up with guests to gather feedback and improve future events.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to achieve financial goals.
- Work in a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
