Party Coordinator

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for various events.

A Day in the Life

• Sell the FUN and work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups.
• Strive for personal development and career growth.
• Represent Urban Air with a positive energy and "You Got It" attitude.
• Ensure the customer experience is excellent and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly.
• Work in a non-typical Family Entertainment environment with great food, millions of dollars' worth of attractions, and thousands of people having fun.
• Work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week.

Qualifications

• Loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Family Entertainment scene.
• Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Loves talking to and selling value-add to customers.
• Responds to leads and follows up with customers in a timely manner.
• Book sales three (3) months in advance.
• Excellently ensures the customer experience is excellent.
• Resolves conflict quickly and fairly.
