Key Responsibilities
- Host Memorable Parties: Lead exciting birthday celebrations and ensure every guest has an amazing time.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a smile, assist with purchases, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the facility spotless to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- Promote Products and Services: Upsell merchandise and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
- Support Operations: Assist with other duties as needed to maintain smooth operations during shifts.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Desired Skills
- Previous customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
