Party Coordinator
Job Summary
The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department at Urban Air. The ideal candidate will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests, designing the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for various events including birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate team building. Responsibilities also include training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

A Day in the Life
- Making sure the party management system is being followed
- Exceeding mom's expectations
- Representing Urban Air with enthusiasm and energy
- Selling party packages and following up with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Working closely with the Leadership Team to drive financial results
- Working in a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
- Performing additional duties as assigned
