Responsibilities

• Ensuring events are high energy, fun, and safe
• Greeting and communicating with party guests
• Guiding the entertainment to ensure events stay on track
• Serving as the point of contact during party events
• Building client relationships through outstanding hospitality
• Cleaning and organizing, as needed, before and after parties
• Creating a positive overall experience for children and parents by handling unexpected challenges quickly and fairly

Requirements

• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (all or a combination of days)
• An attentive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Must enjoy working with children
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to problem solve on the fly
• Capacity to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• At least 16 years of age
