Birthday Party Assistant Coach

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Birthday Party Supervisor with assigned birthday party administrative, logistical and customer service-related tasks.
• Communicate daily with birthday party patrons via email and phone.
• Utilize special apps and software for staff availability and communication during staffing logistics.
• Cook up and lead parent tours of the facility.
• Assist with payment review and processing, as needed.
• Attend and support quarterly birthday party staff meetings.
• Greet children and families with a positive attitude to ensure the highest quality customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in an office environment.
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in computer systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Benefits

• Per Diem Compensation Range: $17 - $22/hour
• The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
