We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting: - Opening: "Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Warehouse Person to assist with shipping, receiving, parts inventory, and walk-in customers. We are looking for a dedicated employee with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational and customer service skills to help support our growth. Hours are Monday - Friday, approximately 11:00am - 7:30pm." Thus we have About the role (description) and Schedule (hours). Also Pay: "The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $28.00 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location." Benefits: list: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance; 15 days of PTO your first year, accrual starts day 1; 9 paid holidays; 401(k) plan with company contribution and match; HSA (Health Savings Account), Ziegler contributes up to $1000 tax-free each year; Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, FSA & EAP; Paid Parental Leave & Funeral Leave; Fitness membership discount; Education Assistance; Safety Boot Reimbursement, PPE & Uniforms provided; Safe, clean and friendly work environment. Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: list. Skills: maybe combine with qualifications? The instruction says use headings like Skills if there is content. We have "Excellent customer service skills", "Basic computer skills", "Personal characteristics: Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, and problem solver", "Experience in diesel engine, heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive a plus". Could treat as Skills section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include EEO statement etc. Remove that at end. Also remove "SEE YOURSELF AT ZIEGLER ..." maybe that's about company description; could be part of About the role? It's not required but could be included as part of About the role (company overview). However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include About the role covering the initial paragraph plus company description. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can keep the company description as part of About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Skills

Maybe we could combine some of the qualifications into Skills, but we already have Qualifications covering many. The instruction says use headings like Skills if there is content. We could create Skills section for "Excellent customer service skills", "Basic computer skills", "Personal characteristics: Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, and problem solver". However those are already in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications and not have Skills. But we need to decide: The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's a list of examples, not mandatory to include all. We should include only those with real specific content. We have Qualifications content. Skills content overlaps; we could still have a Skills section if we extract skill-specific items not already in Qualifications. But Qualifications already includes "Excellent customer service skills", "Basic computer skills", "Personal characteristics...". If we move those to Skills, Qualifications would be left with just education, experience, safety-sensitive, etc. That might be okay. But we must preserve all info; we can split. Better: Keep Qualifications for education/experience/requirements, and Skills for personal/soft skills. Let's do that. Thus: Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required - 2+ years warehouse experience - Experience in diesel engine, heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive a plus - This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement Skills: - Excellent customer service skills - Basic computer skills - Personal characteristics: Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, and problem solver - Able to maintain clean and safe work environment But "Able to maintain clean and safe work environment" could be either. We'll put in Skills. Now Responsibilities as above. Pay as above. Benefits as above. Schedule as above. About the role as above. Check for any leftover substantive info: "Minimum Physical Requirements" list: Push/pull up to 10 lbs, Lift/carry up to 50 lbs, Lift bulky objects, Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping – able to use bolt box. Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times. This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position. Ziegler Inc. will reasonably accommodate the known disabilities of qualified disabled individuals. We need to decide if we include a section for Physical Requirements or Working Conditions. The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have physical requirements details; we could create a section "Physical Requirements" but not in the given examples list. The examples list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Requirements" could encompass physical requirements. But we already have Qualifications and Skills. Could we put physical requirements under a "Requirements" heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have a "Requirements" section for physical requirements and maybe other requirements like safety-sensitive drug test etc. However we already used Qualifications for education/experience etc. Might be better to rename Qualifications to Requirements? But the examples list both Qualifications and Requirements as separate. Usually Qualifications are education/experience, Requirements could be physical/drug test etc. Let's follow that: Use "Requirements" for physical requirements and maybe safety-sensitive drug test. Use "Qualifications" for education/experience etc. Use "Skills" for soft skills. Thus: Requirements: - Minimum Physical Requirements: list all those items. - Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times. - This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement. - Ziegler Inc. will reasonably accommodate the known disabilities of qualified disabled individuals. But note: The safety-sensitive drug test we already considered maybe under Qualifications; but we can put under Requirements as it's a requirement. However we must not duplicate. Let's place it under Requirements. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required - 2+ years warehouse experience - Experience in diesel engine, heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive a plus Skills: - Excellent customer service skills - Basic computer skills - Personal characteristics: Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, and problem solver - Able to maintain clean and safe work environment Now we need to ensure we didn't lose any info: The original also had "Personal characteristics: Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, and problem solver" under Qualifications; we moved to Skills. That's fine. We also had "Basic computer skills" under Qualifications; moved to Skills. We had "Able to maintain clean and safe work environment" under Qualifications; moved to Skills. We had "Excellent customer service skills" under Qualifications; moved to Skills. Now Qualifications left with education, experience, plus experience in diesel etc a plus. We also need to include the statement: "This
