About the role
HOLT CAT is seeking a Parts Warehouse Lead to manage the efficient operation of its parts warehouse.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the inventory management and replenishment of parts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Manage the quality control process for incoming and outgoing parts
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role
- Experience with inventory management systems and software
- Valid driver’s license
