Parts Warehouse Associate !

About the role

The Parts Warehouse Associate position at RWC Group is a hands-on role designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. This role is critical to our mission of keeping commercial fleets moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy.
• Inspect parts and organize and store them.
• Locate and retrieve parts as needed.
• Participate in counts and process returns.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean warehouse.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Organizational skills and computer proficiency are essential.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Parts warehouse experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory software is beneficial.
• Forklift experience or Material handling certification is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
