Responsibilities

• Assist mobile technician fleet, stores, and tractor assembly centers in transporting company-owned, customer-owned, tractors, equipment, and parts to various locations for sales or repairs.
• Assist mobile technicians, stores, and tractor assembly centers with repairs, merchandising, and customer service as needed.
• Document work performed daily using various computer systems and programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as tractors, gantry cranes, electric hoists, servicing and diagnostic equipment, service trucks, forklifts, and multimeters.
• Load and unload customer machines for repair and delivery.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Preference for valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and experience operating farm equipment or heavy construction equipment.
• Experience and proficiency using and pulling a loaded trailer, securing assets of various weights and sizes for transport, and operating computer-based systems including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of producing error-free work and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal growth, demonstrated through a track record of actively seeking opportunities for professional development.
