Parts Supervisor
About the Role
Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all daily functions, including successful product delivery to customers, procurement of products for timely delivery, maintaining and improving inventory accuracy, and controlling operational costs for Canon USA.
Responsibilities
- Supervises personnel and oversees operations at multiple locations.
- Trains, directs, and develops direct reports, as well as evaluates and appraises performance.
- Develops and implements programs or procedures to increase team productivity.
- Instructs representatives on the use of computer system job code assignment.
- Provides input and assistance to superiors on applicable issues or projects by reviewing and recommending departmental procedures to increase productivity.
- Resolves customer issues and concerns in a timely manner; reviews unresolved problems with manager.
- Assists with performance reviews of subordinates.
- Communicates effectively, makes cognitive decisions, audits data, researches, understands deadlines, and provides accurate results.
- Supports Spares facilities and travels out of state as needed.
- Directs on-site supervision of branch operations at least twice a month.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to develop and lead a team.
- May require travel; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary.

Pay
Anticipated base salary range for this role: $61,800–$92,520 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site position requiring presence at assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
