Parts Specialist

About the role

A Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise, promoting company customer service programs.
• Answer phone inquiries, look up parts, provide quotes, and recommend related items.
• Accurately process transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and secure cash drawer operations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, stock updates, freight receival, and store cleanliness.
• Operate store equipment, perform in-store vehicle services, and occasionally make deliveries.
• Complete relevant training and support daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and multitask effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and systems is preferred; ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
• Must meet driving eligibility requirements for occasional deliveries.
