About the role

The Parts Specialist provides excellent customer service to retail and installer clients, supporting store operations and management in various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Process transactions, handle exchanges and returns
• Resolve customer complaints
• Support inventory management
• Operate store equipment
• Perform in-store services (e.g., testing batteries, replacing headlight capsules)
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicles

Requirements

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Effective multitasking skills
• Outstanding, friendly customer service
• Adaptability and customer-focused mindset
• Capability to perform various operational duties

Qualifications

• Preferred familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales
• ASE certification (advantageous)
• Multilingual skills, especially Spanish (advantageous)
