About the Role
The Parts Specialist provides exceptional customer service to retail and installer clients, supporting store operations and sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Process transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and address customer complaints
- Support store tasks including inventory management, freight receival, stocking, and store maintenance
- Perform in-store vehicle services (e.g., testing batteries, replacing headlights)
- Operate equipment after training
- Assist with deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Effective multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional customer service demeanor
- Preferred familiarity with automotive parts and catalog systems
- ASE certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged
