Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and merchandise shipments
  • Accurately process and stock inventory in designated locations
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and organization
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures
  • Cook up outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Care for outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Care for outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Care for outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Care for outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Care for outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Coordinate with Parts Department staff to fulfill internal and customer orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns
  • Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications

  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry parts and packages as needed
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Dependable work ethic and commitment to accuracy
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
