Responsibilities

• Evaluate service requirements, complete track machine inspections, and estimate repair time and cost.
• Prepare clear, well-documented quotes and call reports based on inspection findings.
• Aid in scheduling machine repairs and assist in resolving service-related problems when needed.
• Operate company-provided tools such as the Ultrasonic Wear Indicator and other equipment as required.
• Help customers establish and maintain credit accounts as needed.
• Build strong relationships, support customer retention, and provide solutions that improve equipment uptime and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze inspections, determine repair needs, and present solutions.
• Proficiency with technical tools and equipment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage territory demands.
