About the role

The Bretz RV & Marine team is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Camping and Boating Advisors. This entry-level sales opportunity offers the chance to turn your passion for camping, boating, and outdoor exploration into a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities

• Dive headfirst into the world of outdoor recreation as you assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their camping and boating adventures
• Embrace the thrill of demonstrating the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear, showcasing their features and functionalities with contagious enthusiasm
• Elevate the customer experience by recommending must-have accessories and upgrades to take their outdoor escapades to the next level
• Build lasting connections with outdoor enthusiasts, fostering a community of like-minded adventurers who share your passion for exploration

Requirements

• A zest for life and a love for the great outdoors, with a desire to share that passion with others
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life

Education and/or Experience

A previous sales experience is a plus, but we're more interested in your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus, but if you're willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we'll provide the training you need to become an expert.

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
