Ditch Witch West – Shasta Lake, CA is seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented Parts Sales Counterperson I to join the Pape’ team. Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to parts expert for customers needing to maintain and repair equipment, both face‑to‑face at the counter and over the phone.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and provide accurate parts recommendations using product literature, specialized software, and growing product knowledge.
• Translate technical details into actionable parts support to build lasting client relationships.
• Assist with parts and equipment deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a positive, high‑energy attitude and attention to detail while delivering timely solutions.

Requirements

• Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self‑motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with customers by telephone and in person.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; experience pulling a trailer.
• Above‑average organizational skills.

Pay

Compensation: $17.33‑24.27 per hour, depending on experience.
