One Standard. One Goal." The Role (What You'll Own) This role is about much more than delivering parts. You will be responsible for ensuring our field technicians receive the materials, equipment, and supplies they need to complete jobs efficiently and provide exceptional customer service. You Will Deliver HVAC and plumbing parts throughout the Las Vegas ValleySupport warehouse operationsMaintain inventory organizationAssist technicians with timely deliveriesRepresent Sierra professionally with vendors and customers Key Responsibilities Delivery & Logistics Deliver HVAC, plumbing, and warehouse materials to technicians throughout the dayPick up parts and equipment from local vendors and suppliersVerify orders before delivery to ensure accuracyReturn unused materials and warranty parts Warehouse Operations Receive incoming shipmentsStock inventory accuratelyAssist with inventory counts and organizationKeep warehouse clean, organized, and safeHelp load and unload company vehicles Team Support Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field techniciansMaintain delivery logs and required documentationAssist with warehouse projects and daily operational needsSupport company goals by responding quickly to technician needs Safety & Professionalism Safely operate company vehiclesFollow all company safety policies and proceduresMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeRepresent Sierra with professionalism when interacting with vendors and customers What We're Looking For 21 years of age or olderValid Nevada Driver's License with an insurable driving recordAbility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviewAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse, delivery, HVAC, plumbing, or construction experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsDependable with strong attendance and work ethicComfortable working independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 75 poundsPush, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and climb throughout the workdayLoad and unload materials and equipment safelyWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsStand and walk for extended periodsSafely operate company vehicles throughout the day Important This position directly impacts technician productivity and customer satisfaction.Reliability, organization, and urgency are critical to success.Safe driving and attention to detail are essential.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
