Parts Runner

Brief Description The Parts Runner is responsible for supporting field operations by delivering parts, tools, equipment, and materials to jobsites in a timely and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in keeping crews productive by ensuring they have the necessary materials to complete their work. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver parts, materials, tools, and supplies to jobsites and company facilitiesCoordinate with field supervisors, mechanics, and warehouse staff regarding parts needsVerify accuracy of parts and materials before deliveryMaintain delivery logs and documentation as requiredAssist with loading and unloading materials and equipmentMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehiclesFollow all safety policies and traffic laws while operating company vehiclesSupport warehouse or yard operations as neededCommunicate delays, shortages, or issues promptly to supervisors Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs. or more as needed)Strong time-management and organizational skillsAbility to follow directions and work independentlyBasic knowledge of construction materials, tools, or equipment preferredGood communication and customer-service skills Physical & Work Requirements Frequent driving between jobsitesAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Safety & Compliance Must comply with company safety policies and proceduresRequired to use PPE as appropriateMay be subject to drug and alcohol testing per company policy Preferred Experience Prior experience in construction, warehouse, logistics, or field support rolesFamiliarity with local vendors and supply houses
