Parts Runner

Arcosa Aggregates is hiring for a position based out of our San Tan Valley, AZ location.

About the role

This role is responsible for assisting with a variety of job duties supporting the aggregates mechanic shop, including day-to-day maintenance, cleaning property, and assisting skilled tradespeople. You will run and pick up parts throughout the workday as needed, stock shelves, check inventory needs, and drive locally in a company-provided vehicle. Perform other related duties as required.

A typical work schedule consists of daytime hours Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required, and Saturdays may be needed based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of the property
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties
• Run and pick up parts throughout the workday as needed
• Stock shelves and check inventory needs
• Drive locally in a company-provided vehicle
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented
• Ability to follow specific instructions
• Experience running a forklift
• Self-motivated with dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and clean MVR (due to insurance requirements)

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. throughout the workday
• Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
• May need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle frequent interruptions
