Responsible for managing dealership finance operations, ensuring smooth delivery processes, supporting sales consultants, and overseeing service advisor performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealership finance operations including loans and leases
• Support delivery specialists in coordinating vehicle deliveries
• Work with sales consultants to enhance lease retention rates
• Conduct vehicle acquisitions and manage concierge services
• Oversee service advisors and drive managers to improve service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive finance or similar field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
