Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products, including adult incontinence and infant diapers, for healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands such as Attends, Indas, and Comfees, as well as private label brands.
About the role
The Parts Room Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Parts Room, including part identification, inventory accuracy, tool checkout accountability, and supporting maintenance and production teams with timely access to the parts and tools they need.
Responsibilities
- Understands and adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Knows and adheres to all company rules and guidelines
- Understands all safety-related items (MSDS, CBA, and Lock Out/Tag Out)
- Follows procedures for accident notification
- Knows where to find policies and procedures
- Understands and adheres to procedures on everyday tasks
- Must have a complete understanding of the document filing system within the parts department
- Must have the ability to locate parts, either manually or via computer system
- Must be able to check on-hand quantity, either manually or via computer system
- Must be able to check whether a part is on order using PeopleSoft
- Must be able to assign correct account numbers on part issues
- Performs monthly Parts Room inventory
- Is accountable for tools leaving the Parts Room by actively managing the Tool Checkout Log
- Manages and maintains the unreturned tool database, including producing and distributing tool checkout reminder notices
- Performs packaging for outgoing parcels as required
- Can fill out parts requisition forms correctly
- Helps identify which parts to stock and appropriate stocking levels
- Properly fills out tags for parts turned in for repair
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their area of responsibility
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Parts Room (required)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Post-high school education or training, or comparable on-the-job training
Skills
- Ability to prioritize duties/projects and appropriately handle multiple job tasks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good computer skills (where applicable for job expectations)

Starting up to $18.00/hour (based on experience)
