PARTS ROOM CLERK - PROTEIN RENDERING

BALANCING FEED TICKETS

• Balances feed tickets with MTech and SAP
• Produces various delivery reports

REQUISITIONS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Enters requisitions and receives through SAP for department parts and ingredients
• Affords assistance to the dispatcher in maintaining and monitoring inventory of Rendering

DELIVERY ASSISTANCE

• Schedules deliveries of as a backup to the dispatcher

CLERICAL SUPPORT

• Answers phones and performs other clerical duties as needed for various other departments

COMMUNICATION & SKILLS

• Maintains open communication with Rendering management team and personal

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Requires an high school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in accounting or accounting support role required
• 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word software required
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills; SAP experience preferred
