Job Description

Parts Room Clerk/Storeroom Admin - Corsicana, TX
Compensation: $20.00 to $27.00 - paid weekly (Based on Experience)
Available Shifts: Days Monday - Friday

About the Role

Supports plant production to accomplish the stockroom supply goals. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Advanced computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are available for all manufacturing equipment and related equipment.
• Aid maintenance department in acquiring needed services and parts.
• Resolve all internal and external receiving issues.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Perform daily cycle counts and sweep and organize storeroom area weekly.
• Back up other employees as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft skills (outlook, power point, word, etc).
• Ability to communicate in front of large groups and interact with peers and site leaders.
• Proven experience in effectively coaching peers.
• Willingness to coach leaders.
• Previous experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours due to the nature of the work.
• Ability to wear required PPE to enter the plant/complete tasks.
