Parts Room Attnd C shift (Springdale, L.H. Garage)

This position is responsible for inventory control in the maintenance shop, as well as receiving and storing parts, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous receivers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to grasp, grip, twist, pull, bend, and stoop for 12-hour shifts
• Individually lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively through your shift and 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance from others
• Walk, stand, bend, push, and pull in all types of weather
• Recognize and document equipment ID numbers, mileage readings, and signage
• Document part numbers on log sheets and work orders, track parts usage

Requirements

• General knowledge of computers and email systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and safety-toed footwear required
• Must pass MVR check:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must not have any DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months
  • Must have 3-month work history in the past 6 months listed on application
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
