Responsibilities

• Makes sure customers are greeted promptly and thanked for their business.
• Determines the best solution to the customer's parts need using all available resources.
• Builds a solid business relationship with customers and promotes R&S value.
• Aids Technicians and other Service personnel in retrieving parts.
• Retrieves parts from inventory, orders as needed, generates invoices, accepts payment, and processes transactions.
• Coordinates shipments, faces, stocks, and dusts merchandise, and creates seasonal merchandising displays.
• Communicates with customers regarding order status and refers leads to R&S staff.
• Maintains a clean, safe parts area and participates in annual inventory process.
• Stays updated on equipment and market trends and completes related paperwork efficiently.
• Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct.

Requirements

• Three plus years of related experience.
• Knowledge of farm equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization and the public.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to use a computer and current software programs.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history.
