About the role

Collins Community Credit Union, a growing organization, is currently hiring a Member Representative for their Wiley branch in Cedar Rapids.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Gain hands-on experience in the Credit Union industry.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to excel in the field.
• Become eligible for promotion to leadership positions within the Credit Union.

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment of building relationships.
• Strong math and accuracy skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work during business hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:00am - 5:45pm, Saturday 8:30am - 12:15pm (rotating).
