Safety

• Perform work with OSHA requirements in mind.
• Proper use of hand tools.
• Operate power tools-grinders, welders, drills, saws etc.
• Work with peer, Supervisory, and subordinate groups.

Essential Duties

• Maintain optimum stock levels of spare parts to minimize cash outlay, minimize high freight cost by next day air, while insuring minimal equipment downtime.
• Diagnose problems and work with manufacture reps to resolve issues.
• Work with vendors on selecting products and procedures for this facility.
• Assist with maintenance on the boiler and related equipment.
• Assist with required testing and documentation be done on water quality, and Boiler safety equipment as required by manufacture and regulatory agencies.
• Trouble shooting on equipment as needed.
• Make recommendations for facility improvements and cost containment.
• Be able to work in other areas of the facility as needed.
