Parts warehouse/delivery

About the role

McSweeney Auto Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry-level, full time Parts Warehouse Associate in Clanton, AL.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
• Aid service technicians with parts requests
• Prepare parts orders for delivery or pickup
• Deliver and pick up parts as necessary
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized
• Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or parts department is a plus
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, squat, pull, push and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to drive a forklift is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must have clean driving record and background check
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
