Parts Picker - 1st & 2nd shift

About the role

ExacTech Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, WI is looking to add a Parts Picker to our 1st and 2nd shift team. The Parts Picker is responsible for accurately locating, picking, staging, and delivering parts and materials required for production. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production teams receive the correct materials on time while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Schedule

• 1st shift: Monday-Thursday: 5:45AM - 3:15PM; Fridays: 6:45AM - 10:45AM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday: 3:30PM-2:00AM

Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery, including high-capacity forklifts, to handle materials and inventory
• Stack and store materials in assigned location
• Deliver large steel pieces to different locations of the building
• Use company truck as needed to drive to other locations to pick up materials and parts
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

Requirements

• Previous shop & warehouse experience
• Experience operating a high capacity forklift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions (appropriate clothing provided)
