About the role
A Picker II assists in warehouse departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person, and/or Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manages pick ticket orders.
- Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements.
- Ensures that orders are accurate and stages items correctly for delivery.
- Meets picking quota of 160 cases per hour; accuracy and efficiency are monitored daily/weekly.
- Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
- Performs tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
- Keeps pace with work area and team.
- Works as a team player to attain product specifications safely and efficiently; communicates well with other team members.
- Assists other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
- Follows company’s GMPs, SOPs, Rules, and Policies.
- Follows written and oral instructions.
- Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
Schedule
Full time, 1st shift.
