About the Role

As a key member of the Distribution Center, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This position fills orders by selecting specified items from different areas in the distribution center, moving merchandise manually, and processing returned merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
• Follows established standard work procedures and operational guidelines.
• Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Completes routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision.
• Exercises limited judgment in task execution and escalates issues as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to frequently carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 60 lbs.
• Full range of motion of the waist and neck.
• Unrestricted use of upper extremities and ability to perform overhead reaching.
• Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
