What You'll Do

• Lead and support daily parts department operations.
• Purchase and source parts at the best value while negotiating with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and process invoices.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, warranty parts, and core returns.
• Maintain shop maintenance records, tire counts, and department metrics.
• Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete.
• Manage obsolete parts and return processes.
• Affiliate with terminal leadership by identifying operational improvements and training opportunities.
