Responsibilities
- Placing orders.
- Data entry of repair orders.
- Resolving purchase order and invoice discrepancies.
- Aiding with the completion of end-of-month reports.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Bus parts experience preferred.
- Experience with purchasing and inventory control.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Data entry experience.
- Ability to effectively evaluate vendors.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with experience in Excel.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform without constant supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, manage work schedules, projects, and assignments.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Initiative, professionalism, candor, and tact.
- Ability to complete related documents legibly and in a timely manner.
- Willingness to take training courses as needed.
- Ability to work a varied schedule.
- Ability to work well with others.
