Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing
- Obtain and prepare parts quotes
- Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
- Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment
- Confirm invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with the Service departments and delivery schedules

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous or current experience with budgeting
- Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets
- Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2+ years of Parts management/supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry (a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Constantly lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds. Regularly lift and/or move heavy objects, equipment parts, and tools up to 50 pounds or more. Occasionally move objects up to 50 pounds or more.
- Standing, Walking, and Sitting: Spend extended periods standing and walking on varying, possibly uneven surfaces. Remain stationary in one position for long periods, including standing or sitting.
- Bending and Stooping: Move into different positions to accomplish tasks in tight and confined spaces, requiring bending and stooping.
- Demonstrating Manual Dexterity: Use hands, fingers, and arms to manipulate tools, equipment, and small parts with precision. Perform repetitive motions such as gripping, twisting, and turning when operating tools or performing assembly/disassembly tasks.
- Use hands, fingers, and arms to repair and rebuild construction equipment, hydraulic systems, generators, air compressors, scissor lifts, etc., and use machinery and power tools.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours.
