Purchase & Procurement

• Order MRO supplies
• Create purchase orders (POs)
• Solicit vendor quotes

Inventory Control

• Monitor, track, and organize parts room inventory
• Perform cycle counting

Vendor Management

• Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries
• Track shipments
• Resolve order discrepancies

Data Entry

• Utilize MP2 for work orders and inventory control
• Access for purchasing

Receiving

• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Match invoices to purchase orders

Collaboration

• Work with maintenance, production, and accounting teams
• Ensure budgetary goals are met

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills required
• Background in maintenance operations preferred
• A background working with MP2 systems or similar preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift preferred but will train if needed
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements such as bonding and grounding

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $24.00, depending on experience.
