Parts Crib Attendant - 2nd shift

Cooper Farms is hiring 1st shift Food Production team members at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required; we provide all the training you need to succeed. Responsibilities

• Work with maintenance personnel in ordering specific parts.
• Maintain and organize parts crib.
• Learn and work in the I‑maint system.
• Ensure all incoming parts and materials are put away in a timely manner while keeping the storeroom organized.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must have good organization and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift over 35 pounds.
• Must be able to control inventory by cycle counting and checking in parts when needed.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and walkie.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Pay

• Starting Pay: $19.00‑$21.00 per hour.
• Potential increase after 90 days.
• Monthly and Year‑End Profit‑Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance).

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm.
• Every other Saturday (hours vary).
