Parts Counterperson Trainee with Warehouse Support

What You’ll Do

• Support daily warehouse and parts operations
• Supply parts to service technicians accurately and efficiently
• Receive, verify, and stock daily parts orders
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout and inventory locations
• Ship parts using third-party carriers as needed
• Perform inventory and cycle counts
• Absorb parts deliveries when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Training & Development

• Learn warehouse layout and inventory flow
• Learn part numbers and base numbers
• Learn electronic parts catalogs
• Learn Dealership DMS (Dealer Management System)
• Learn standard and “odd-ball” parts ordering processes
• Learn how to independently look up parts with accuracy
• Learn how to support technicians efficiently and confidently

Career Growth

• This role is a pipeline role into a Parts Counterperson position
• Responsibilities will expand as you develop skills and meet performance expectations
• Compensation will increase with promotion
• Fury Motors may add additional Trainees as the business grows

• The ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• The ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout the workday
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
