Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and online inquiries for parts quotations, effectively driving sales with a positive customer interaction.
  • Nurture relationships with parts clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing the necessary parts and supplies.
  • SOURCE AVAILABLE PARTS WHEN OUR DEPARTMENT INVENTORY IS DEPLETED.
  • Consult parts manuals to accurately identify the required part for the vehicle undergoing service.
  • Record received parts on invoices and repair orders.
  • Offer estimates for parts required for repairs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a parts counterperson.
  • Ability to adapt to varying tasks based on fluctuating volume and business demands
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
