Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and online inquiries for parts quotations, effectively driving sales with a positive customer interaction.
- Nurture relationships with parts clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing the necessary parts and supplies.
- SOURCE AVAILABLE PARTS WHEN OUR DEPARTMENT INVENTORY IS DEPLETED.
- Consult parts manuals to accurately identify the required part for the vehicle undergoing service.
- Record received parts on invoices and repair orders.
- Offer estimates for parts required for repairs.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a parts counterperson.
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks based on fluctuating volume and business demands
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
