Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with the parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Complete special order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding parts status.
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with staff and customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly identify problems.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
