About the Role

As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they need
• Recommend products tailored to each customer's needs
• Maintain a clean and organized retail area
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate parts information and follow established procedures
• Build strong relationships through excellent service

What You Need to Succeed

• 1+ years of experience in the agriculture parts business
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand, climb, bend for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work extended hours on a computer

Pay

$18.00–$30.00 per hour
