About the role

Responsibilities
- The first point of contact for individuals approaching the parts pick-up window
- Aid service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories
- Train on inventory control, stocking, and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom
- Deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a clean, valid driver's license
- High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate, or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge and computer skills preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented
