Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with parts inquiries and orders.
- Recommend appropriate parts and accessories based on customer needs.
- Accurately process parts sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain and organize parts inventory; ensure accurate record-keeping and stock levels.
- Work closely with the service department to fulfill internal parts requests.
- Provide technical knowledge and product assistance to customers.
- Stay up to date on product lines, parts catalogs, and current promotions.
- Keep the parts area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Accurately handle customer payments and invoices.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school a plus).
- Previous experience in parts counter sales (agricultural, construction, or automotive industry preferred).
- Knowledge of Kubota equipment and parts is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and technical manuals.
- Experience using inventory and POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
